We want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unused luggage and accessories in their original packaging. Please ensure all hangtags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused luggage back in its original box, ensuring all protective internal packaging and tags are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
