How do I reset the combination on my TSA-approved lock?
To reset your lock, set the dials to the current opening code (0-0-0 for new bags), press the reset button with a pen until it clicks, set your new code, and then slide the latch to lock it in. Detailed instructions are included inside every suitcase.

What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
